1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of The Task Titled: Development Of The Generally Available Cultural Offer Of The Municipal Cultural Center In Łużna. 2. The Scope Of Works Includes: 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting Of: Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Building Of The Municipal Cultural Center In Łużna With An Elevator Shaft Equipped With An Elevator Adapted To The Needs Of Disabled People, Construction Of An External Ramp Next To The Building And Development Of The Existing Terrace In The Form Of A Winter Garden Along With Accompanying Works. Scope Of Works: 2) Tranche I: A) Elevator Shaft And Vestibule (Installation Of A Glass Elevator Shaft, Including The Vestibule, On The Prepared Foundation And Installation Of A Lifting Device Adapted To The Needs Of Disabled People (Vertical Platform) Along With The Necessary Accompanying Works; B) Replacement Of 6 Pieces Of Door Joinery With Fire-Resistant Doors. Along With Accompanying Works. 3) Tranche Ii: A) Glass-Aluminum Facade (Glass Terrace), Including: Construction Of Terrace Walls, Construction Of Roof Structure, Construction Of Steel Stairs, Construction Of Floors And Floors, Brick Wall Cladding, Others According To Project; B) A Ramp For The Disabled, Including: Demolition Works, Construction Of Foundations For The Ramp, Delivery And Assembly Of A Ready-Made Ramp In Galvanized, Powder-Coated Steel Construction Technology, Installation Of Balustrades At The Ramp, Superstructure/Reconstruction Of The Existing Entrance Stairs To The Building, Stair Cladding Made Of Granite Slabs, Hardening With Paving Stones - Solutions In Accordance With The Project; C) Air Conditioning Installation Within The Glass Terrace; D) Ventilation Installation Mechanical Installation Within The Glass Terrace;E) Central Heating Installation Within The Glass Terrace - Electric Mats;F) Electrical Installations - Call Installation;G) Renovation Of The Creative Work Room, Including: Demolition Works, Construction Of New Partition Walls, Plastering, Installation Of Door Joinery, Floors, Electrical Installations, Painting Works, Other According To Project. H) Renovation Of The Bathroom On The First Floor, Adapting It To The Needs Of Disabled People. 4) In Addition, The Contractor Is Obliged In Particular To: A) Prepare All Documents Required By Law Necessary To Use Or Obtain A Permit To Use The Facility; The Contractor Will Report The Completion Of The Works To The Relevant Authorities, Obtain The Necessary Opinions And Obtain An Occupancy Permit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, B) Prepare The Documentation Necessary For Approval And Obtain Approval For Operation Of The Installed Devices (Elevator) By The Office Of Technical Inspection. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In: A) Construction Design, B) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, C) Bill Of Quantities Constituting An Auxiliary Element
