The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Task Entitled: Replacement Of The Roof Covering And The Lightning Protection System With Partial Replacement Of The Formwork Above The Auditorium Of The Big Stage In The Entertainment Theater In Chorzów. 2. All Works Will Be Carried Out On An Active Facility, In Accordance With The Schedule Agreed Before The Commencement Of The Works. The Above Schedule Must Be Approved By The Employer Before Starting The Works And Signing The Contract. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Consists Of: 1) Detailed Design (Descriptive Part + Drawings B-01–B-05, E-01–E-02);2) Bills Of Quantities (For The Construction And Electrical Industries),3) Decision/Position Of The Municipal Conservator Of Monuments 4) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (For The Construction And Electrical Industries).4. The Ordering Party Requires: 1) A Minimum Of 60 Months Warranty For The Completed Construction Works, Counted From The Defect-Free Final Acceptance Protocol Signed By Both Parties; The Warranty For The Completed Construction Works Is The Criterion For Evaluating The Offers, 2) A Minimum 10-Year Warranty For The Heating Cable Installed In The Gutters And Downspouts. 4. The Ordering Party Provides For An Optional On-Site Visit By The Contractors In Order To Familiarize Themselves With The Place Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order.5. The Ordering Party Sets The Dates And Place Of The Optional On-Site Visit: Entertainment Theater At Ul. M. Konopnicka 1 In Chorzów - Investment Site, On: June 29, 2026 At 10:00 And 01/07/2026 At 10:00.
