The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation Along With Obtaining All Legally Required Arrangements, Opinions, Administrative Decisions And Permits, Including The Road Investment Permit (Zrid), Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment Entitled: Expansion Of The District Road No. 1298F Drzecin - Nowe Biskupice, From Km 0+000 To Km 5+148. The Design Documentation Should Enable The Ordering Party To Conduct The Award Procedure Public Procurement For Construction Works And Implementation Of Investments In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular The Provisions Of The Construction Law. There Will Be A Need To Expropriate Plots Due To The Lack Of The Required Width In Order To Widen The District Road And Construct A Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles, As Well As To Build A Bypass Around The Town Of Stare Biskupice. The Approximate Number Of Plots Intended For Geodetic Division Is 15. The Number Of Plots Intended For Geodetic Division May Change After A Thorough Analysis. Surveying.2. Design Parameters Of The Scope Covered By The Subject Of The Order. Design Documentation Should Take Into Account The Following Basic Design Parameters: 1) Road Class: Z, 2) Traffic Category (Designed Load On The Road Surface): Kr3, 3) Designed Surface: Bituminous, 4) Road Width: 6.00 M, 5) Width Of Sidewalks: 2.00 M (With The Possibility Of Local Narrowing Resulting From Terrain Conditions), 6) Length Of The Expanded Road Section: 5,148 M (From Km 0+000 To Km 5+148). The Road Elements Should Be Designed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Including The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of June 24, 2022 On Technical And Construction Regulations Regarding Public Roads (Consolidated Text - Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1518, As Amended)3. Scope Of Works To Be Designed.
