A) The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is To Select A Contractor For Construction Works Along With The Necessary Supplies In Order To Implement The Investment Task Titled: Reconstruction And Development Of The Market Square In Żelechów By Introducing Greenery And Renovation Of The Facade Of The Town Hall. The Order Will Be Implemented In Two Stages. Stage I - Development Of The Historic Market Square. The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: 1. Preparatory And Surveying Works; 2. Partial Dismantling Of The Existing Hardened Surfaces Indicated In The Design Documentation; 3. Execution Of Earthworks Related To The Preparation Of The Ground For Plantings; 4. Construction Of Flower Beds And Green Areas In Accordance With The Land Development Design; 5. Delivery And Installation Of Trees, Shrubs, Perennials And Other Elements Specified In The Design Documentation; 6. Preparation Of The Irrigation System For Green Areas; 7. Execution Of Edges, Structural Layers And Finishing Elements Provided For In The Documentation; 8. Delivery And Installation Of Small Architecture Elements, Including Seats, Elements Of Public Space Equipment; Parking Meters Provided For In The Design Documentation. Due To The Above, The Contractor Does Not Include The Costs Of Delivery, Installation, Commissioning Or Other Activities Related To Parking Meters. If Parking Meters Are Included In The Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities Or Other Order Documents, It Should Be Assumed That This Element Is Excluded From The Scope Of Implementation And Is Not Subject To The Valuation. Stage Ii - Renovation Of The Facade Of The City Hall Building. The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: 1 Door; 3. Protection Of The Existing Market Surface Made Of Granite Cubes And Other Landscaping Elements Against Damage, Contamination Or Destruction During Works Related To The Renovation Of The Façade; 5. Removal Of Damaged Fragments Of Plaster; 7. Restoration Of Historical Plastering; Repair Of Sheet Metal Work; 10. Installation Of Historical Plaques Provided For In The Design Documentation; 11. Carrying Out Painting Works On The Facade; 12. Dismantling Scaffolding And Tidying Up The Area. In The Event Of Damage To The Granite Pavement Or Other Landscaping Elements, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Restore Them To A Condition No Worse Than Before The Commencement Of The Works.
