The Subject Of The Order Includes Construction Works Consisting In The Demolition Of A Gas Station And Associated Facilities On The Premises Of The State Fire Services Non-Commissioned Officers School In Bydgoszcz. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With Decision 6/2026, The Project Attached To The Swz, The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Information For The Bioz Plan, The Bill Of Quantities (Constitutes An Auxiliary Material), The Construction Law And Health And Safety Regulations. The Bill Of Quantities Is Only An Auxiliary Material. If The Contractor, After Carrying Out An On-Site Visit (Point 2.4 Of The Swz), Decides That It Is Necessary To Include Works And Materials Not Included In The Documentation, He Should Accept Them For The Valuation.
