1. The Order Involves The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Multi-Family Residential Building Along With The Development Of The Area Located At Ul. Sobieskiego In Sopot - Stage I (Plot No. 153/12, 64/2, District No. 0001 Sopot). The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular The Turnkey Construction Of A Multi-Family Residential Building At Ul. Sobieskiego In Sopot With A Volume Of 6,000.00 M3 Along With Accompanying Infrastructure. 2. The Works Will Be Performed On The Basis Of The Design Documentation Provided By The Ordering Party And In Accordance With Additional Requirements: Included In The Swz, Indicated In The Conservation Decision, Within The Scope And In Accordance With The Technical And Construction Requirements Specified In The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works On Time In Accordance With The Agreement.3.
