A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Design Documentation, Outlay Cost Estimates/Bills Of Quantities, Constituting An Attachment To Swz.2. If The Stwiorb Or The Design Documentation/Bill Of Quantities Would Indicate, In Relation To Certain Materials And Devices, Patents Or Origin, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, Trademarks Or Origin, The Ordering Party In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Pzp Allows The Submission Of Offers Assuming The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Using Products Or Equivalent Solutions. All Products From Specific Manufacturers Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Goods Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party And Constitute Only A Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order.
