1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of A Building Located In Kalisz At Ul. Graniczna 20 In Order To Meet The Requirements For A Protective Structure, Based On The Documents Specified In Point 4.6 Of The Swz. The Subject Of The Order Is Implemented Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026 - Area I.2. The Material Scope Covered By This Procedure Includes Comprehensive Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, In Particular: 1) Demolition Works (Cutting Out Door Frames, Dismantling Wall Coverings, Dismantling Partition Walls, Cutting Out Wall And Floor Coverings, Digging Grooves, Dismantling Electrical Installations, Including Lighting, Breaking Through Walls); 2) Finishing Works (New Wall Coverings, New Toilet Walls, New Plasters With Prior Preparation Of The Substrate, Painting Walls, Painting Floors With Prior Grinding And Preparation Of Floors, Grinding Concrete And Stoneware Floors And Covering Them With New Coatings, Construction Of Concrete Floors With Prior Dismantling Of Concrete Structure Elements And Execution Of Concrete Sleepers And Insulation);3) Locksmith Works, Including: A) Disassembly And Reconstruction Of Fans In Existing Emergency Doors, B) Disassembly Of Boilers, C) Disassembly Of The Unit Electricity, D) Disassembly Of Closing Flaps, E) Construction Of New Tight Closing Flaps, F) Delivery And Installation Of Steel Fire Doors And Technical Doors For Wet Rooms, G) Dismantling Of The Garage Door And Delivery With Installation Of A New One, H) Modernization Of The Supply Fan; 4) Disposal Of Batteries; 5) Removal Of Rubble; 6) Construction Of A New Water Supply Installation; 7) Construction Of A New Sanitary Sewage System With A Pumping Station; 8) Construction Of A New Central Installation Heating, Including Disassembly Of Old Elements;9) Ventilation;10) Construction Of A New Electrical Installation, Including Lighting, Grounding And Lightning Protection, As Well As Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order. Note: 1) The Works Will Be Carried Out In A Facility Located Under The Active Facility (The Occupational Therapy Workshops Building, Hereinafter Referred To As Wtz) - They May Not Disrupt The Functioning Of The Facility. The Detailed Work Schedule Should Be Agreed With The Wtz Management. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Works Only In A Way That Ensures The Proper Functioning Of The Facility, With Particular Emphasis On The Nature Of The Facility And The Safety Of The People Staying There.2) If Works Are Carried Out Outdoors, Existing Trees/Bushes Should Be Protected In Accordance With The Art Of Gardening, So That They Are Not Damaged Or Destroyed During The Works. When Carrying Out Earthworks Near Trees, You Should Pay Special Attention To The Root System So As Not To Damage It, Secure It Appropriately And Replace The Work Manually With A Mechanical Method.
