The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation And Construction Works Entitled: Design And Construction Of Urban Green Areas As Part Of The Investment Tasks Of The Green Budget Of The City Of Katowice2. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In Three Locations Indicated In The Swz. 3. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Design And Execution Of Construction Works Involving The Development Of Urban Areas In Three Locations Indicated In Point 2 Of This Chapter, I.E.: 1) Development Of Design Documentation For Each Investment Task (Location) Based On The Swz And The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Applicable Construction Law Act (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 524, As Amended), 2) Execution Of Construction Works For Individual Investment Tasks In Three Locations In Accordance With The Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Requirements Related To Its Implementation, Respectively For A Given Location, Are Specified In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Constituting Appendix No. 1 To The Swz.
