The Scope Of Work Includes The Construction Of A Sidewalk With A Length Of 250 M, In Particular The Works Will Consist In: - Execution Of Demolition, Earthworks And Preparatory Works, - Construction Of Embankments, - Construction Of A Storm Sewage System Using Sn8 Pipes, Dn 200 Mm, Dn 500 Mm, - Construction Of A Sidewalk Made Of Paving Stones, - Construction Of Road Widening, - Construction Of A Surface Made Of Kr3 Asphalt Mass On The Road Widening, - Construction Of Mud-Type Sewage Channels Behind The Sidewalk, - Installation Of Vertical Markings, - Installation Of U-11A.3 Protective Railings. The Detailed Scope Of The Task Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities, Stwiorb And Technical Documentation, Which Constitute Attachments To Swz.4. Before Commencing Work, The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop And Obtain Approval Of A Design For Changing The Traffic Organization For The Duration Of Construction Works. Note: Before Commencing The Work, The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop And Agree With The Provincial Roads Authority In Krakow A Design For Temporary Traffic Organization, Marking And Securing The Works For The Duration Of The Works In The Road.5. If The Origin (Brand, Trademark, Manufacturer, Supplier) Of Materials Or Standards, Approvals, Specifications And Systems Referred To In Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Materials Or Equivalent Solutions Provided That They Guarantee The Proper Implementation Of The Works And Ensure That Technical Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Above-Mentioned Documents, I.E. In Particular In The Technical Documentation, In The Bill Of Quantities And In The Detailed Technical Specifications. A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.
