The Building Is Located On A Plot According To Land Records No. 287, District 6 Of The City Of Kamienna Góra. The Building Is Located In The Area Covered By The Local Development Plan In The Area Of The Following Streets: Tadeusza Kościuszki, Wojska Polskiego And Okrzei And The Rivers: Bóbr And Zadrna In Kamienna Góra (Resolution No. Vi/38/07 Of 2007-02-28 Of The City Council In Kamienna Góra). Additionally, The Building Is Entered Into The Municipal Register Of Monuments. The Subject Building Is A Compact Development And Is Located At Kościuszki Street. It Has Two Entrances From The Street And The Yard. On The North And South Sides, The Building Borders Neighboring Multi-Family Properties.
