The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works For The Task Titled: Development Of The Green Area Adjacent To The Existing Bicycle Path In Milówka As Part Of The Green Space 2025 Competition - 3Rd Edition Of The Competition For The Lawendowe Zacisze Task Co-Financed By The Provincial Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Katowice. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: - Construction Of A Cyclist Service Area - Renovation Of Pedestrian And Bicycle Paths - Planting Of Greenery And Flowers - Installation Of Equipment - Benches And Waste Bins - Covering Green Areas With Topsoil And Sowing A Grass Mixture - Constructing A Pole Informing About The Creation Of The Siwizna Park - Constructing A Recreation Zone - Playground, Teqball Tables. The Ordering Party Excludes From The Scope Of The Contract The Construction Of A Rest Zone - Construction Of A Gazebo/Shelter/Roof With A Barbecue Area And Tables And Benches, Construction Of An Earth Track - Pumptrack Included In The Land Development Design. The Ordering Party Specified The Requirements In The Bill Of Quantities To Be Performed As Part Of The Task. The Bill Of Quantities Specifies The Full Scope Of Work And Works That The Ordering Party Plans To Carry Out Under The Order. The Subject Of The Order Is Implemented As An Element Of An Operation Of Generally Accessible And Non-Commercial Public Infrastructure. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order In A Manner That Does Not Violate The Non-Commercial Nature Of The Operation, In Particular Without Introducing Solutions Limiting Free And Public Access To The Facility And Without Placing Advertisements Or Commercial Signs, Unless The Ordering Party Gives Its Prior Written Consent. The Works Should Be Carried Out Taking Into Account The Conditions Resulting From The Water Law Decision, In Particular Outside The Period Of Heavy Rainfall And Outside The Period Of Flood Risk, With The Obligation To Secure The Work Area, Tidy Up The Area After The Completion Of The Works And Take Preventive Measures. Negative Impact Of The Works On Water And The Adjacent Area. The Contractor Is Obliged To Report To The Ordering Party Any Solutions That Could Limit The Accessibility Or Safety Of The Facilitys Users. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Works, Supplies, Services, Auxiliary Activities And Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Execution, Acceptance, Use And Settlement Of The Subject Of The Order, Even If They Are Not Explicitly Mentioned In Individual Items Of The Bill Of Quantities And Result From The Design Documentation, Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Applicable Regulations Or The Purpose Of The Order.
