The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Replacement Of The Cabin Of A Passenger Lift, Renovation Of The Shaft, Shaft Pit And Engine Room, Replacement Of The Drive, Installation And Execution Of Finishing Works At The Stops, As Well As Carrying Out The Necessary Design Works In The Scope To Be Determined By The Contractor Based On His Experience And Applicable Regulations, In Particular In The Scope Of Calculations Of The Structures Load-Bearing Capacity, Cabin Design, Technical Design Of The Lifts Power Supply Installation, And As-Built Documentation.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Terms Of Execution Of The Order Were Specified In The Design Documentation, I.E. The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu), Constituting Annex No. 1D To Swz.3. The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Incorporated Into The Content Of This Contract - The Contract Template And Constitute Annex No. 1C To The Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract Template).4.
