The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of A Bridge For Pedestrians And Cyclists Located In Brochowski Park In Wrocław. In Connection With The Planned Investment, Renovation Works Will Be Carried Out On The Facility. It Is Planned To Renovate The Single-Span Bridge, Leaving The Length As In Its Existing State, With The Horizontal Light And The Vertical Light Of The Facility Remaining Unchanged. The Steel Structure Must Be Cleaned, Repaired And Anti-Corrosion Protected, While The Wooden Structure Must Be Replaced With A New One. The Scope Of The Planned Investment Does Not Ultimately Result In Changes To The Method Of Land Development And Use Of The Facility. As Part Of The Investment, It Is Planned To Tidy Up And Fence The Area And Renovate The Wooden Bridge. The Facility Is Located On Plot No. 3/3 Ar_15 Brochów District, Owned By The Wrocław Commune Under The Management Of Zzm. The Detailed Scope Of Work To Be Carried Out Is Presented In The Design Documentation Prepared By Fasys Mosty Sp. Z O. O. Street Jedności Narodowy 83, 50-262 Wrocław. Due To Its Location, The Bridge Is Subject To Conservation Protection, The Area In Which It Is Located Is: 1. Entered Into The Register Of Monuments Under No. A/5272/196/558Wm, Decision Of May 31, 1950. 2. Included In The Municipal Register Of Monuments Established By Order 12549/14 Of The President Of Wrocław Of November 24, 2014. 3. Included In The Conservation Zone And The Conservation Protection Zone Of Monuments Archeologicznych Na Mocy Uchwały Nr Xviii/369/11 Rady Miejskiej Wrocławia Z Dnia 17.11.2011 R. Uchwalenia Miejscowego Planu Zagospodarowania Przestrzennego Obszaru Położonego W Rejonie Ulicy Centralnej, Polnej I Chińskiej We Wrocławiu.
