The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of Connections Of Buildings To The Collective Sewage System Of The Bodzechów Commune In The Towns Of Nowa Dębowa Wola, Stara Dębowa Wola, Sarnówek Duży, Mychów Kolonia, Sudół, Podszkodzie (Task Implemented Under The Municipal Program For Co-Financing The Construction Of Sewage Connections On The Basis Of The Adopted Regulations For Granting Subsidies To Natural Persons For The Implementation Of Works Related To The Construction Of Connections To The Sanitary Sewage Network In The Area Bodzechów Commune). The Order Covers Works Carried Out In A Formula In Which The Ordering Party Selects The Contractor, While Individual Connections Are Made To The Beneficiaries Participating In The Subsidy Program, I.E. Natural Persons With Legal Title To The Real Estate Covered By The Scope Of The Order. The Basis For The Implementation Of The Program Is Resolution No. For The Implementation Of Works Related To The Construction Of Connections To The Sanitary Sewage Network In The Area Of The Bodzechów Commune, Taking Into Account Subsequent Changes To The Regulations Regarding The Towns Covered By The Program. The Costs Of Implementing Individual Connections Will Be Financed Partly From The Budget Of The Bodzechów Commune In The Form Of A Special-Purpose Subsidy Granted To The Beneficiaries, And Partly From The Beneficiaries Own Funds, In Accordance With The Contracts Concluded Between The Commune And The Beneficiaries And The Contracts Concluded Between The Contractor And Beneficiaries.
