Part 1 - Construction Of A Ski And Bicycle Trail In The Town Of Trybsz As Part Of The Planned Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road In The Town Of Trybsz, The Łapsze Niżne Commune Plans To Build A Tourist Trail Serving As Both A Cross-Country Ski Trail And A Bicycle Trail Serving A Tourist Or Recreational Function, Using The Newly Created Communication Infrastructure. The Tourist Trail Will Be Appropriately Marked In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. The Tourist Trail In Question Will Run Along Generally Accessible Roads (Public And Internal) With A Hardened Asphalt Surface, With Very Low Motorized Traffic. The Project Includes The Construction Of A Trail With A Total Length Of 1.18 Km, Road Width 3.0 M, Road Width 4.0 M. The Newly Created Infrastructure Will Be Publicly Available All Year Round. The Investment Includes, Among Others: Geodetic Marking Of The Road And Other Road Works Along With An As-Built Inventory Of The Road In Question. The Contractor Should Obtain All Necessary Arrangements/Decisions/Permits Needed To Perform Construction Works, Including Consents From Road Managers, Networks Colliding With The Modernized Road, If Necessary. Before Submitting The Offer, The Contractor Should Visit The Investment Site And Its Surroundings In Order To Assess - Carried Out On Its Own Responsibility - Costs And Risks, All Factors Necessary To Prepare A Reliable Offer, Including All Necessary Preparatory, Basic And Accompanying Works To Carry Out Construction Works. A Site Visit Is Not Obligatory.
