4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Warehouse And Garage Hall With Accompanying Infrastructure. The Warehouse And Garage Building Will Be Used By Civil Defense And Civil Protection. 4.2. The Scope Of Construction Works To Be Performed Mainly Includes: 1. Construction Of A Warehouse And Garage Hall With Dimensions Of 10 M X 20 M X 4.5 M With Accompanying Infrastructure, Including: 1) Preparatory Works Of The Construction Site (Preparation Of The Area, Development Of The Construction Site, Reconstruction Of Existing Media Connections - If Required), 2) Construction Works (Excavations, Substructures, Foundations, Construction Of The Floor), 3) Assembly Of A Steel Structure With Roofing And Sheathing Walls, 4) Finishing Works (Installation Of Doors, Gates And Windows As Well As Gutters And Sheet Metal Work), 5) Internal Installations: Electrical, Including Lighting And Plug Sockets, Lightning Protection Installation, Gravitational And Mechanical Ventilation System, 6) Connection Of An External Power Supply Line To The Warehouse And Garage, 7) Finishing Works (Driveways To The Gates With Concrete Cubes, Drainage Strip Around The Building, Cleaning And Development Of The Area), 4.3. The Investment Is Located On Plots No. 166/4 And 166/2, Arc. 56 At Ul. Bohaterów Monte Cassino 38 In Biłgoraj, 23-400 Biłgoraj. Public Administration Facilities (District Labor Office In Biłgoraj, District Family Assistance Center In Biłgoraj, District Construction Supervision Inspectorate In Biłgoraj) And Educational Facilities (Dormitory Of The Regional Vocational Education Center In Biłgoraj) Are Located On The Plot. The Plots Are Equipped With: A Water Supply Network, A Rainwater And Sanitary Sewage System, A Heating Network, A Telecommunications Network, And An Electricity Network.4.4. The Scope Of The Contractors Services Includes: 1) Development Of Design Documentation In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program - Hereinafter Pfu Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz Containing: A) Plot (Area) Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Design Developed In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Pfu, The Construction Law, The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of September 11, 2020 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of The Construction Design And In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Utility Program - In Paper Form (5 Copies) And In Electronic Form On A Cd/Dvd (1 Copy); B) Bills Of Quantities For The Scope Of The Order Prepared In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For Execution And Acceptance
