Tenders Are Invited For Providing Services Consisting In Emptying Rooms Of Accommodation Equipment From The Premises Of The Police Training Center In Legionowo And The Police Cynology Department In Sułkowice
1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Consisting In Emptying Rooms Of Accommodation Equipment, Removing Them, And Collecting And Managing Waste In Seven Buildings (Including Two Equipped With An Elevator) Located At The Police Training Center In Legionowo. The Service Provider Must Be A Waste Producer.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 6 To Swz.3. Removal Service And Emptying Rooms Of Liquidated Movable Assets. 4. Removal Of The Mentioned Movable Property From Five Dormitory Buildings That Are Not Equipped With Elevators.5. Management Of The Generated Bulk Waste In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Provisions Of The Waste Act (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended).6. Destruction Of Tangible Components Of Movable Property In A Way That Prevents Their Reuse Or Introduction To The Secondary Market.7. Implementation Of The Successive Acceptance Of Tangible Movable Assets With The Commencement Of The Service From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. Subsequent Successive Acceptances Will Take Place Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party Within 72 Hours Of Placing An Order For The Service, Which Is The Maximum Implementation Time - The Response Time From Placing The Order Is The Criterion For Evaluating Offers.8. Each Removal Of Tangible Movable Assets As Part Of The Partial Service Provided For A Given Order Should Be Completed Within The Maximum Time Indicated In The Offer, With The Preferred Removal Of The Above-Mentioned Items. Equipment From The Police Training Center In Legionowo On The Same Day.9. The Service Provider Is The Producer Of Waste Within The Meaning Of The Waste Regulations And Is Fully Responsible For Its Proper Management.10. All Containers Provided, Replaced And Emptied Are At The Contractors Own Expense.11. The Contractor Will Provide Services Using Its Own Transport.12. If Waste Is Stored In A Landfill, The Contractor Will Pay For The Service From Its Own Financial Resources.13. The Contractor Will Perform A Specific Service With Due Diligence And In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Including Sanitary And Order Regulations, And The Provisions Of The Contract.14. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Fulfill Part Of The Order Up To 50% Of Its Value - If The Ordering Party Does Not Fully Deliver New Furniture.15. The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 455 Section 1 Of The Act, Reserves The Right To Extend The Subject Of The Contract To Include The Collection Of Other Types Of Accommodation Products Not Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, To The Extent Consistent With The Permits Held By The Contractor - As Part Of The Contractors Total Remuneration For The Implementation Of This Contract, According To The Contractors Current Price List.16. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers.17. The Ordering Party Allows The Execution Of Part Of The Order To Be Entrusted To A Subcontractor.18. The Orde
