The Current Function Of The Rooms Intended For Reconstruction And Change Of Use Is A Residential Premises In A Multi-Family Residential Building Connected To A Village Community Center. The Change Of Use And Reconstruction Of The Building Within The Scope Of The Project Does Not Conflict With The Functions Of The Neighboring Buildings And Is Consistent With The Provisions Of Decision No. 8/2025 Of December 16, 2025 On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment. No Expansion Of The Building Is Planned - Only The Extension Of External Stairs To The Premises Covered By The Study Is Planned. The Adaptation Concerns The Existing Premises On The Ground Floor Of The Building. The Building Has The Necessary Technical Connections Resulting From The Proper Use Of The Facility, However, The Internal Installations In The Building Will Be Made As New Solutions.
