The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Including The Modernization Of The Playground In The Szymony Housing Estate In Zakopane, Plot No. 651/4 Rev. 006 Along With The Development Of The Area And Lighting, As Part Of Investment Task No. 2026/13 Modernization Of The Playground In The Szymony Estate. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Design Documentation, A Template Contract For The Performance Of Construction Works And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb). 3. Equivalent Solutions: 1) Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, If The Design Documentation, Stwiorb Or Other Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract Include Standards, Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications Or Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, Without Using The Phrase Or Equivalent, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions. It Is Assumed That Each Such Reference Is Accompanied By The Phrase Or Equivalent.2) Equivalent Solutions Are Solutions That Ensure Technical, Technological, Functional, Operational And Quality Parameters Not Worse Than Those Required By The Ordering Party And In Accordance With Applicable Law. The Use Of Equivalent Solutions May Not Lead To Deterioration Of The Quality, Durability Or Functionality Of The Subject Of The Order.3) Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In These Documents Is Obliged To Prove, By Attaching To The Offer, Appropriate Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.4) The Offered Materials And Equivalent Devices Must Have The Approvals, Certificates And Approvals Required By Law For Use In Construction.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Construction Works Corresponding To The Scope Specified In The Presented Design.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide At Least A 36-Month Warranty For The Completed Construction Works Covered By The Subject Order.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare A Material And Financial Schedule For The Performance Of Works In Accordance With The Principles Specified In The Contract Template.
