5.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Task Entitled: Surface Consolidation Of District Roads For The Purposes Of Proper Functioning Of The Communication System (Roads). 5.1.1. Current Condition: The Road Has A Bituminous Surface With A Variable Width Of Approx. 4 M, With Numerous Patches, Deformations, Signs Of Profiling Made In Recent Years From A Mineral-Asphalt Mixture, Which Are Subject To Cracking And Crumbling. The Road Is Deformed Both In The Longitudinal And Transverse Sections. The Roadsides Are Made Of Dirt And Crushed Stone. Drainage Surface Roads. The Route Includes Exits To Properties, Fields, And Internal Roads. The Road Section Under Renovation Is Located Within The Road Right-Of-Way. 5.1.2. The Road Section Covered By The Task: Dp No. 1081F, Built-Up Area In The Town Of Lutynka, At Km From 1+667 To 4+067, I.E. On A Length Of 2,400 M, Area 9,600 M25.2. The Scope Of Works Includes: 1) Mechanical Cleaning Of The Bituminous Surface, 2) Surface Double Consolidation Of Road Surfaces: Sprinkling Of Layers: - First Layer Using A Modified Asphalt Emulsion In An Amount Of Not Less Than 1.4 Kg/M2 And Stone Chips In An Amount Of 20 Kg/M2, - Second Layer Using A Modified Asphalt Emulsion In An Amount Of Not Less Than 1.9 Kg/M2 And Stone Chips In The Amount Of 14.0 Kg/M2 - Crushed Aggregate Should Be Used With Fractions From 2 Mm To 5 Mm (Upper Layer); From 5 Mm To 8 Mm (Bottom Layer). 5.3. Method Of Carrying Out The Works: All Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Annexes To The Swz: 1) Detailed Technical Specifications Regarding The Surface Consolidation Of County Road Surfaces 2) Construction Law And Other Legal Provisions Applicable To The Subject Of The Order. 5.4. Guidelines For The Contractor: 1) The Contractor Will Prepare A Temporary Traffic Organization Design And Obtain Appropriate Approvals For Each Work Location. 2) The Contractor Will Be Responsible For The Protection Of The Works And For All Materials And Equipment Used In The Works From The Date Of Commencement To The Date Of Completion Of The Works. 3) Before Starting The Works, The Contractor Will Mark All Existing Geodetic Control Points And Benchmarks And Protect Them Against Destruction. 4) The Contractor Will Protect Tree Trunks And Bushes Against Damage During The Operation Of Road Machines In Their Vicinity. 5) After Completing The Investment, The Contractor Is Obliged To Tidy Up The Construction. 6) In The Event Of Damage To Installations And Equipment, The Contractor Will Immediately Notify The Ordering Party And Interested Parties And Will Cooperate With Them By Providing All Assistance Needed To Make Repairs. 7) The Contractor Will Remove And Dispose Of All Waste Generated During The Implementation Of The Investment. 8) Construction Materials Used To Perform The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Requirements Of Art. 10 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 524, As Amended)5.5.
