The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Various Paints And Painting Supplies As Well As Various Construction Materials.2) The Subject Of The Order Is Divided Into 5 (Five) Parts (Tasks) (Article 281(2)(5) Of The Public Procurement Law): Part 1 - Task I - Delivery Of Paints, Varnishes, Adhesives And Art. Various Painting; A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Task I Is Specified In The Following Documents: - Bid Form Constituting Annex 1 To The Swz; - Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Annex 7 To The Swz) When Delivering Materials For Task I, Hygienic Certificates, Safety Data Sheets, Technical Sheets, As Well As Declarations Of Conformity And Declarations Of Performance, Authorizing These Materials For General Use And Application, Must Be Delivered To The Infrastructure Warehouse: Delivery Of Materials To The Warehouse Infrastructure Within 35 Calendar Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. All Materials Must Be Brand New, Original And Approved For General Use. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide New Materials, Free From Physical Or Legal Defects. Moreover, The Delivered Materials Must Not Show Any Signs Of Damage Or Previous Use, Should Be Packed In Intact Factory Packaging, And Should Meet All The Requirements And Expectations Of The Ordering Party Specified In The Offer Form. Together With The Delivery Of Materials, The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Infrastructure Warehouse With Appropriate Declarations Of Conformity, Certificates Of Conformity, Material Safety Data Sheets, Technical Data Sheets, Hygienic Certificates, Etc. Authorizing These Materials For General Use And Application In Accordance With The Offer Form. If The Above-Mentioned Documents Are Not Provided With The Delivery, The Ordering Party Has The Right To Refuse To Accept The Delivery Until These Deficiencies Are Corrected By The Contractor. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Materials Of The Highest Quality, With Expiration And Expiry Dates For The Materials Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order In The Offer Form, Which Is Also An Annex To The Contract. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Parts Of The Order.
