The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New Agricultural Tractor. The Delivered Equipment Must Be Brand New, Complete, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, And Meet The Requirements Specified In The Swz - The Order Is Awarded In The Basic Mode On The Basis Of: Art. 275 Point 1 Of The Act - Supplies By Law, Ce Declarations Of Conformity And Be Delivered To The Ordering Partys Registered Office At The Contractors Expense And Risk. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: • Deliver The Subject Of The Order To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, • Start Up And Check The Correct Operation Of The Delivered Equipment, • Provide The Operating Manual And Technical Documentation In Polish, • Conduct Training For 2 Employees Of The Witonia Commune Office In The Scope Of Operation, Operation And Principles Of Safe Use Of The Delivered Tractor With Accessories, With Confirmation Of The Training On The Day Of Receipt Or On Another Agreed Date, But No Later Than 14 Days From The Date Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order. The Training Time Cannot Be Shorter Than 3 Hours For Each Person.
