1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Successive Delivery Of Office Supplies For Organizational Units Of The Wrocław University Of Environmental And Life Sciences2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In The Document Entitled: Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Assortment And Price Sheet, Which Is Annex No. 1.1 To Swz.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Contractors Obligations Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Document Entitled: Drafted Provisions Of The Contract (Hereinafter: Ppu), Constituting Annex No. 6 To Swz.4. The Execution Of The Order Must Be Carried Out With Due Diligence, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Swz, Its Annexes And Information Provided To The Contractors In The Course Of The Procedure.5. The Offer Must Include The Entire Product Range Indicated In The Product And Price Sheet. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete All Items Of The Assortment And Price Sheet By Providing Unit Prices And Calculating The Gross Offer Price For The Basic Order In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party.6. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Make Quantitative Changes Between Individual Product Items, While Maintaining The Rules Specified In The Tor And The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement. The Quantities Indicated In The Assortment And Price Sheet Are Estimates, Refer To The Basic Order And Are Only Used To Compare And Evaluate Offers. The Actual Quantities Of Office Supplies Ordered May Differ From The Quantities Indicated In The Sheet, Depending On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. Due To The Above, The Ordering Party May Reduce The Scope Of Deliveries Covered By The Basic Order By A Maximum Of 30% Of Its Gross Value, While Guaranteeing The Execution Of Orders At The Level Of At Least 70% Of The Gross Value Of The Basic Order. The Ordering Party May Also Make Quantitative Changes Between Individual Product Items, Provided That The Total Value Of The Orders Does Not Exceed The Gross Value Of The Basic Order Specified In The Contract Or - In The Case Of Exercising The Option Right - The Value Resulting From The Basic Order Increased By The Value Of The Triggered Option.7. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right Referred To In Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law, In Accordance With The Principles Specified In The Swz And The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement.8. The Subject Of The Order In The Field Of Office Supplies Must Be Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Cannot Be Encumbered With The Rights Of Third Parties. The Delivered Assortment Should Be Brand New.9. The Delivered Office Supplies Must Meet The Applicable Requirements Arising From Polish And European Union Law, Including Safety Standards Applicable To This Type Of Product. 10.
