Part 1 - Meatthe Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Deliveries Of Food Products Intended For Current Nutrition In The Assortment And Quantities Included In The Lists Constituting Annex No. 1A In The .Xls Format. The Ordering Party Emphasizes That Cyclical Deliveries Should Always Be Consistent With The Weight Of The Order Placed. The Ordering Party Anticipates A Partial Order During The Execution Of The Order. The Quantities Of Individual Products Given In Annex .Xls Should Be Treated As Estimated Values And Do Not Have To Be Exhausted During The Execution Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Intends To Exercise The Option Right If There Is A Need To Order Additional Products In Connection With The Financial Resources Allocated For This Purpose. The Provisions Applicable To The Basic Order Apply To Orders Covered By Option Rights. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Use All Or Part Of The Order Covered By The Option Right, And The Contractor Declares That It Will Not Make Any Claims For This Reason. The Ordering Party Envisages The Use Of An Option Right In The Amount Of 50% Of The Value Of The Basic Order Pursuant To Article 441 Of The Public Procurement Act. The Food Products Included In The Delivery Should Meet The Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements And The Principles Of The Haccp System In Mass Catering Establishments, Including: 1) Have Appropriate Quality Specifications Or Certificates 2) Have Appropriate Marking, I.E. The Date Of Minimum Durability And Expiration Date 3) Have Appropriate Temperature During Transport And Sanitary Conditions Of The Vehicle. At Each Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide For Each Product An Appropriate Certificate Of Compliance With The Polish Standard Or European Standards.
