The Subject Of The Order Is Training Preparing For The Examination Allowing For Driving A Motor Vehicle With A Permissible Total Weight Above 3.5 T For A Volunteer Fire Department Firefighter From The Area Of Operation Of The National Fire Service In Białystok. The Purpose Of The Order Is To Train Firefighters And Rescuers Of Volunteer Fire Brigades From The Podlaskie Voivodeship In The Scope Of Obtaining The Qualification Of A Category C Driving License. The Subject Of The Order Is Divided Into The Following Parts: A) Part 1: Training For 2 Firefighters And Rescuers Volunteer Fire Department From The Area Of Operation Of The State Fire Service Headquarters In Augustów2. After Completing The Training, The Contractor Will Issue A Certificate Of Passing The Internal Examination For Each Training Participant.3. The Contractor Will Provide The Necessary Equipment, Devices And Materials To Properly Conduct The Training.4. The Contractor Must Meet The Conditions Specified In Art. 28 Section 10 Of The Act Of January 5, 2011 On Vehicle Drivers (2025.1226, As Amended).5. Accordingly, For A Given Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Must Run A Driver Training Center In The Poviat Appropriate For Business Activity.6. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Order The Performance Of Which He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And To Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known. A Contractor Who Intends To Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Order To Subcontractors, In Order To Demonstrate That There Are No Grounds For Their Exclusion From Participation In The Proceedings, Includes Information About The Subcontractors In The Offer Form (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz) And In The Contractors Declaration Regarding The Lack Of Grounds For Exclusion (Appendix No. 4 To The Swz).
