Under The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: I. Transport And Return Students, Observing The Principle That Students Are Brought To School No Later Than 10 Minutes Before The Start Of Classes And Picked Up After The End Of Classes Without Undue Delay; Ii. Transporting Students By Means Of Transport That Meets The Following Conditions: A) Transport Of Students Should Be Carried Out Using A Technically Efficient Vehicle Adapted To The Needs Of Disabled People Using Wheelchairs; B) Requirements That A Vehicle For Transporting Disabled Students Must Meet: - The Means Of Transport Must Be Approved For Traffic In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland - With A Valid Technical Inspection And Current Third-Party Liability And Accident Insurance; - The Vehicle Must Be Technically Efficient, Adapted To The Nature Of The Service Performed, Meeting Safety Requirements And The Highway Code; - The Vehicle Must Provide The Guardian With Free Access To Each Child While Driving; The Number Of Seats Should Be Appropriate To The Number Of People Transported. Passenger Seats Must Be Equipped With Seat Belts, High Backrests Or Backrests With Headrests; - The Vehicle Should Have Interior Lighting And Efficient Heating And Cooling To Ensure Driving Comfort For Students; - The Contractor Is Responsible For Maintaining Order In The Vehicle; Iii. If The Transport Cannot Be Carried Out, The Contractor Will Additionally Cover The Transport Costs Resulting From The Provision Of The Service By A Substitute Entity Selected By The Ordering Party; Iv. Contractors Vehicles Must Have Third Party Liability And Accident Insurance; V. Providing Disabled Students With Care During Transportation And Safe And Hygienic Travel Conditions; Vi. Transport Is Required To Take Place As A Closed Transport, Including Only Students And A Guardian; Vii. The Contractor Is Obliged To Insure The Transported Persons In Accordance With Existing Requirements And Regulations At His Own Expense And Risk.
