5.1. Code According To The Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv):Cpv 15894210-6 School Meals 5.2. The Subject Of The Order Is: A) The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Preparation Of A Hot Meal In Accordance With Nutritional Standards For A Specific Age Group, Hermetic Packaging, Delivery And Distribution Of Meals To Students In Schools In The Łyse Commune: - Primary School In Warmiak, Warmiak 16, 07-438 Zalas - Primary School In Łączki, Łączki 103, 07-438 Zalas - Primary School In Wejda, Wejdo 58, 07-438 Zalas - Primary School In Pupkowizna, Pupkowizna 38, 07-437 Łysew, Which Includes: - Soup With Meat And Two Slices Of Bread Or A Plain Roll For Two Days A Week, - Second Course For Three Days A Week, For About 100 Children (Estimated Amount - 188 Days Schooling In The School Year 2026/2027 X 100 Meals = 18,800 Meals). This Calculation Constitutes The Maximum Possible Number Of Meals To Be Delivered As Part Of The Execution Of The Order In Question. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Any Reduction Or Increase In The Actual Number Of Meals Delivered, Depending On The Actual Number Of Children Covered By The Feeding Program, As Well As On The Available Financial Resources. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Number Of Children Included In The Lists For Schools In A Given Month May Change In Situations That The Ordering Party Could Not Predict, E.G. Due To Illness. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims For The Ordering Partys Cancellation Of Part Of The Order. 5.3. The Catering Service Includes The Delivery Of A Meal During School Hours To Each Of The Above-Mentioned Places. Schools In The Form Of A Soup With An Insert With Two Slices Of Bread Or A Plain Roll, And A Second Course. 5.4. The Contractor Will Deliver Meals To Educational Institutions Using Its Own Transport In Specialized Thermoses That Guarantee Maintaining The Appropriate Temperature And Quality Of The Transported Dishes, And Will Ensure The Cleanliness Of The Thermoses. 5.5. To Serve The Meals Referred To Above, The Contractor Will Use Disposable Dishes And Cutlery That Meet The Requirements For Materials And Products Intended For Contact With Food. The Contractor Is Responsible For Maintaining The Hygiene Of Dishes And Cutlery In Accordance With Applicable Regulations Regarding The Operation Of Mass Catering. 5.6. The Meal Must Be Delivered To Each School No Later Than 10:30 A.M. School Principals Are Responsible For The Detailed Schedule Of Serving Meals And Preparing The Premises.5.7. Meals Should Be Distributed Taking Into Account The Principles Of Counteracting Stigmatization And Discrimination Of Recipients.
