After Assessing The Condition Of The Roof And Making An Inventory, The Designer Makes A Final Decision On The Scope Of Work - Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Renovation Of The Roof, Including The Dismantling And Disposal Of The Entire Roof Covering (Thermal Layer + Finishing Layers + Disassembly Of Devices On The Roof, If Necessary, Implementation Of A New Vapor Barrier, Comprehensive Replacement Of The Roof Covering Together With The Underlay Layers, Replacement Of Insulating Layers Of The Flat Roof, In Accordance With The Applicable Technical Conditions, New Finishing Of The Roof Slope, Ensuring Appropriate Ventilation Of The Layers, Renovation Of The Drainage System In The Building, Possible Replacement Of Roof Skylights (If Necessary) That Meet The Current Requirements Regarding The Permeability Of Partitions, - Replacement Of The Roof Covering With Supplementation Or Replacement Of The Lightning Protection System, Replacement Of Sheet Metal Flashings With Gutters And Downpipes, Replacement Of Flashings Of Devices Mounted On The Roof (Chimneys, Exhaust Vents, Roof Bases, Etc.), Repair Of The Cornice, Insulation Chimneys (If Necessary), Construction Of A New Power Supply System For Ventilation Devices, - Restoration Of Technical Efficiency Of Roof Installation Elements (Including Ventilation, Air Conditioning And Sanitary Installations). 2. The Ordering Party May Participate In The On-Site Visit To Examine The Subject Of The Contract And Its Surroundings And Obtain Any Information That May Be Necessary To Prepare The Offer And Conclude The Contract. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For The Costs Of The On-Site Visit To The Area Where The Subject Of The Contract Is To Be Performed, Provided That The Contractor Bears All Liability In Relation To Such A Visit, In Particular The Consequences Of Death Or Injury, Loss Or Damage To Property And Any Other Losses, Damages And Expenses Incurred As A Result Of Such A Visit. The On-Site Visit Will Be Carried Out At The Request Of The Contractor.
