The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, From Current Production, Free From Any Defects And Damage, Without Previous Use And Cannot Be Subject To The Rights Of Third Parties.3. The Subject Of The Order Includes Its Transport, Insurance Along The Entire Route And Bringing The Subject Of The Order To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party On The Premises Of The Gdańsk University Of Technology.
