Tenders Are Invited For Services In The Field Of Supervision, Direct Physical Protection And 24-Hour Supervision Of Transmission Signals Of Built-Up Properties Located In Lubuczewo, Słupsk County, Pomeranian Voivodeship

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision By The Contractor To The Ordering Party Of A 24-Hour Security Service For Real Estate With Farm Buildings, Belonging To The Agricultural Property Resource Of The State Treasury, Located In The Słupsk Poviat, In The Słupsk Commune, Lubuczewo District, Marked As Plot No.: 7/22, 40/8, 239, With A Total Area Of 6.4598 Ha, Together With The Buildings, Structures And Their Equipment And Accompanying Infrastructure, Listed In Annex No. 1 To The Agreement, Including The Provision Of: 1) Direct Physical Protection Provided By A Security Officer On All Days Of The Week (On Working Days, Sundays And Holidays): A) From 6:00 A.M. To 8:00 P.M. On An Ad Hoc Basis, I.E. By Performing Checking Activities At Least Five Times For At Least 15 Minutes, And B) From 8:00 P.M. To 6:00 In A Permanent (Continuous) Form, I.E. Through The Constant Presence Of A Supervisory Employee On The Premises Of The Protected Facility And By Performing Checking Activities;2) 24-Hour Reception And Supervision Of Signals Transmitted, Collected And Processed In Electronic Devices And Alarm Systems At The Alarm Monitoring Station (Sma) Of The Contractor;3) Ensuring Readiness To Take Action By A Patrol And Intervention Group Equipped With Means Of Direct Coercion, Which Will Take Immediate Action After Receiving An Alarm Signal Intervention Aimed At Detaining People Caught Stealing, Destroying Property Or Otherwise Disturbing Order, Notifying An Authorized Employee Of The Ordering Party About These Activities, As Well As Immediately Notifying The Police, Fire Department And Other Necessary Services About The Incident; 4) 24-Hour Cctv Video Monitoring (Without Sound) To The Extent Ensuring Proper Security Of The Protected Property; 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex 7 To The Swz.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver And Install An Attack And Burglary Alarm System (Ssniw) And A Cctv Monitoring System At Its Own Expense And Connect Them To The Contractors Alarm Monitoring Station (Sma). 4. The Ordering Party Does Not Require Qualified Physical Security Personnel With Specialist Qualifications To Carry Out Protective Activities.5. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing Activities Specified By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of Contract Execution, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Items 277, 807).
