The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Multimedia Devices To The Building Of The Municipal Kindergarten And Nursery In Jelnica Carried Out As Part Of The Investment Entitled Adaptation Of The Existing Sz. P. Building In Jelnica Into A Municipal Kindergarten And Nursery Along With Land Development. Deliveries Will Be Made To The Building Located At Jelnica 84, 21-560 Międzyrzec Podlaski.2. Part 1 Of The Order - Supply Of Multimedia Devices: Interactive Monitors: Interactive Monitor: 6 Sets;3. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of The Assortment Indicated In Section 4.2. Swz, Taking Into Account The Following Requirements: 1) The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of Devices With The Parameters And Quantities Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Together With Their Installation In Rooms/Places Specified By The Ordering Party Or Representatives Of Educational Institutions To Which Deliveries Will Be Made; 2) The Supplied Equipment And Software Must Be Brand New (Produced No Earlier Than 12 Months Before The Date Of Submission Of The Offer), Functional, Unused, Not Displayed At Exhibitions And Fair Events, Undamaged And Free From Third-Party Rights, Safe, Complete, I.E. With All Accessories Necessary For Their Use; 3) The Offered Equipment Must Be Complete And Ready For Use Without Additional Purchases; 4) The Contractor Will Provide Such Packaging Of The Equipment As Is Required So As Not To Allow Its Damage Or Deterioration Of Its Quality During Transport To The Place Of Delivery;5) The Equipment Will Be Marked In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular Safety Signs;6) The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Instructions For Operating The Equipment Or - If They Are Made Available By The Manufacturer In Electronic Form - Provide Web Addresses Where They Can Be Downloaded;7) For Software, The Contractor Is Obliged To Grant A Non-Exclusive License To The Ordering Party Or To Transfer To The Ordering Party A Non-Exclusive License Right In Accordance With The Licensing Rules Specified In By The Manufacturer;8) The Ordering Party Requires A Guarantee And Warranty For The Entire Subject Of The Order Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Minimum Warranty Period For Individual Devices Is Indicated In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Appendix No. 1 To The Swz.
