Description Of The Subject Of The Order1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Organization Of A Review Of Social Economy Entities (Pes) In The Lubuskie Voivodeship.2. The Order Is Carried Out As Part Of The Project Entitled Synergy Effect - Coordination Of Social Inclusion In The Lubuskie Voivodeship From Measure 04.13 High-Quality Social Inclusion System Under The European Funds For Social Development Program 2021-2027 Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus.3. The Pes Review Is An Activity Aimed At Building The Brand And Visibility Of Social Economy Entities. The Review Is Intended To Contribute To Strengthening The Potential Of The Social Economy (Es) Sector, Building A Coherent Es Development System And A Sustainable Market Position. It Is Also An Opportunity To Get Acquainted With The Offer Of The Lubusz Pes And To Talk To Practitioners And Experts In This Field. An Important Goal Of The Review Is The Integration Of The Es Community With The Inhabitants Of The Lubuskie Voivodeship.4. The Pes Review Is Planned As An Integration Outdoor Event With Free Access To The Public. The Event Will Take Place In A Facility That Will Ensure Compliance With The Following Requirements: Exhibition Space - Providing Stands For 32 Social Economy Entities, A Place For A Moderator And An Area For Animation And Integration Activities. The Facility Should Have An Alternative Place To Move Stands Indoors In Case Of Bad Weather. The Minimum Size Of One Stand Is 5 M². Multimedia Room With Chairs For A Minimum Of 20 People, A Projector And A Screen For Use By Pes, Which Will Present Electronic Promotional Materials (Films, Advertising Spots, Presentations), Location Enabling Access For Interested Exhibitors And Guests - No Further Than 30 Km From The Ordering Partys Headquarters, Possibility Of Access By Public Transport (E.G. Mzk/Pks) And For Those Arriving By Passenger Cars - Available Parking Spaces Near The Facility, Accessibility For People With Disabilitiesavailability Of The Facilitys Sanitary Infrastructure (Toilets) For All Review Participants, Including Those With Disabilities, Throughout The Duration Of The Event.
