A/ In The Scope Of 24-Hour Physical Protection And Supervision Of The Gross-Rosen Museum In Rogoźnica, Ul. Ofiar Gross-Rosen 26: 1. 24-Hour Physical Protection And Supervision Of The Property Of The Gross-Rosen Museum In Rogoźnica (The Area Of The Former Concentration Camp With The Adjacent Quarry). 2. The Following Facilities Are Supervised: The Museums Exhibition Building, The Tourist Service Office, The Main Gate, The Bathhouse, The French Barracks, The Weaving Mill, The Monument-Mausoleum, The Prisoners Kitchen, Barracks No. The Adjacent Quarry, As Well As The Equipment Of The Premises (Furniture, Computer Equipment And Others) With A Total Area Of 44.3381 Ha. 3. Making Rounds Inside And Outside Supervised Facilities (4 Rounds A Day: 2 During The Day, 2 At Night) In Order To Check Security Measures, I.E. Closing Rooms, Windows, Turning Off Lighting And Electrical Devices - Recording The Rounds In The Work Book Of Security Employees (Dates And Hours Of Rounds, Noticed Deficiencies, Damage Or Devastation). In Addition, The Contractor Will Equip Supervisors With Devices For The Inspection System, Based On A Created Schedule In Which Checkpoints Are Designated In Designated Facilities.4. Protection And Supervision Of The Property Will Be Provided 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. The Museum With Public Access Is Open: From May 1 To September 30 From: 08:00 – 18:00; In The Period From October 1 To April 30 From 8:00 – 16:00; The Museum Is Closed On January 1, December 25 And On The First Day Of Easter.5. Security And Supervision Activities Will Be Performed By At Least One Employee Per Shift. The Contractor Is Responsible For Organizing Work To Ensure Continuity Of Protection.6. Informing The Museums Superiors And Management As Well As Relevant Authorities (Police, Fire Department, Emergency Power Supply, Water Supply, Etc.) About Noticed Failures, Fires, Burglaries Or Other Irregularities. 7. In Relation To Third Parties Posing A Threat To The Property Or Employees Of The Museum (Or Visitors), All Possible Legal Actions Should Be Taken To Apprehend Or Remove People Posing A Threat From The Museum Premises. 8. In The Event Of A Threat, The Security Employee Is Obliged To Call An Intervention Group. The Arrival Of The Intervention Patrol Should Be Included In The Offer Price. Maximum Arrival Time Of The Intervention Patrol - 10 Minutes.9. The Contractors Duties Also Include Patrolling The Protected Facility - The Gross-Rosen Museum In Rogoźnica - In The Form Of Patrol Trips. 10. Uniforms, Equipment, Necessary Equipment And Communication Means Are Provided And Covered By The Contractor. 11. The Contractor Is Responsible For Providing Care For 2 Service Dogs Owned By The Museum (Breed: German Shepherd Mix). Dogs Are Released From Their Kennels After The Museum Closes And Locked Up In The Morning Before Opening. The Dogs For The Security Guard Are Friendly. Within The Current Dog Food Standard, Animals Can Be Fed
