Water Treatment Station In Hubinek, Plot No. 369, Hubinek District, 2. Water Treatment Plant In The Town Of Magdalenka, Plot No. 83, 77/2, Magdalenka District, 3. Water Treatment Plant In Rzeplin-Osada, Plot No. 121/4, Rzeplin-Osada District. Design Documentation Must Meet The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Utility Program (Journal Of Laws Laws Of 2021, Item 2454) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021 On Determining The Methods And Basis For Preparing An Investor Cost Estimate, Calculating The Planned Costs Of Design Works And The Planned Costs Of Construction Works Specified In The Functional And Utility Program (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 2458). The Contractor Will Perform All Necessary Studies Required For Implementation Of Investments, Including, Among Others: Architectural And Construction Designs, Technical Designs, Investor Cost Estimates. Before Starting Design Works, The Contractor Will Perform: • Excavations In Order To Properly Determine The Scope Of Necessary Construction Works; • Obtaining A Map For Design Purposes; After Transferring The Power Of Attorney, The Contractor Will Obtain, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, All Necessary Administrative Decisions, Opinions, Expert Opinions, Studies And Other Necessary Arrangements To Obtain The Required Permits To The Extent Necessary, Enabling The Commencement Of The Implementation Of The Project.
