Tenders Are Invited For Training Company For Providing Mini Capacity Building Program Scope Of Work 3.1 Program Design & Curriculum Development - Conduct A Brief Needs Assessment Of Hub Teams To Tailor Content. - Develop A Comprehensive Training Curriculum Covering All Five Thematic Areas (Section 4). - Design Interactive Sessions With Practical Exercises; Prepare Materials In Arabic (English References Where Applicable). - Set Up And Manage The Online Training Platform Or Delivery Environment. 3.2 Training Delivery - Deliver Approximately 100 Online Training Hours Across Five Modules Over ~3 Weeks. - Organize And Deliver One Opening And One Closing Face-To-Face Workshop In Coordination With Pita. 3.3 Assessment, Monitoring & Reporting - Administer Pre- And Post-Training Assessments; - Maintain Attendance And Participation Records. - Submit A Mid-Program Progress Report And A Final Completion Report With Findings And Recommendations.
