- Preparing The Project Zone For Construction - Earthworks - Construction Of A New Sewerage System Rwa And Dwa - Placing Foundations - Placing Linear Elements - Constructing Pavements In Asphalt, Concrete, Concrete Paving Stones And Semi-Paving - Providing The Necessary Landscaping And Maintenance. The Award Of This Contract Is Subject To The Condition Precedent That The Necessary Environmental Permit For The Planned Works Has Finally Been Obtained And Becomes Executable. If The Permit Is Not Granted, Or Is Refused On Appeal, Or If The Permit Is Annulled, The Agreement Will Be Deemed Non-Existent By Operation Of Law, Without Any Party Being Able To Claim Damages.
