Tenders Are Invited For Replacement Of Roof Canopy (Poly Carbonate Sheet) With Installation For Rho Complex

1. The Procuring Agency has reserved the funds for the procurement planned during the financial year. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract (s). 2. The RHO NADRA Lahore now invites E-Bids through E-Procurement (EPADS) under PPRA Rules, as a whole, for the Supply and Installation of Replacement of Roof Canopy (Poly Carbonate Sheet) with Installation for RHO Complex from Construction Company/ Interior Company/ General Order Suppliers. 3. The bidding shall be conducted through E-Procurement (Open Competitive Bidding Single Stage Two Envelop) as specified in the Public Procurement Rules 2004 is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the bidding document. 4. Interested and registered eligible bidders on E-PADS may obtain bidding documents from E-PADS and PPRA Website. 5. Interested and registered eligible bidder can participate through E-Procurement (EPADS) (https://eprocure.gov.pk/#/auth/login). 6. E-bids must be submitted through E-Procurement (EPADS) on or before 06 July, 2026 till 11:00 am. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Rs. 200,000/- (Two Hundred Thousand) in favor of NADRA REGIONAL HDQ OFFICE LAHORE for Replacement of Roof Canopy (Poly Carbonate Sheet) with Installation for RHO Complex in acceptance form (CDR/ Pay Order/ Bank Guarantee). Hard copy of bid security must be submitted to procurement section RHO Lahore before closing of bid on 06 July, 2026 till 11:00 am otherwise bid will not be accepted. 7. E-bids will be opened on 06 July, 2026 at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or their representatives. If bid closing/ opening date falls on local/national holiday, the date of bid closing/ opening shall be the next working day on the same time and venue. 8. Bids not complying with the requirements shall be rejected being nonresponsive. Alternate proposals and / or conditional bids shall be considered non-responsive. 9. Taxes will be deducted as per applicable government rules. NTN, PRA and Sales Tax registration certificates must be provided with the Bid. 10. Bids which are incomplete, not E-bids through EPADS, not signed and/ or not stamped, late or submitted by other than specified mode will be rejected.
