Request For Proposalsscope Of Servicesthe City Of Surrey (The “City”) Requests Proposals For The Provision Of Wide Area Network (Wan) Connectivity To Support Data, Video And Voice Communication That Is Reliable, Efficient, Secure And Cost Effective. It Is Anticipated That The City’S Need For Additional Bandwidth In The Future Will Expand And The Proponent’S Network Must Be Able To Accommodate These Needs In A Timely And Efficient Manner.Proponents Must Provide Information Regarding The Proposed Service Including Installation Schedules, Exact Standards To Be Adhered To, As Well As Detailed Drawings Showing Cable And Equipment Locations.It Is Desired That The Proponent For The Proposed Project Shall Complete All Services Within 120 Days Of The Contract Execution Date.Information Meetingan Information Meeting Will Be Hosted By The City Representative To Discuss The City’S Requirements Under This Rfp (The “Information Meeting”). While Attendance Is At The Discretion Of Proponents, Proponents Who Do Not Attend Will Be Deemed To Have Attended The Information Meeting And To Have Received All Of The Information Given At The Information Meeting.
