The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Reconstruction Of The Gas Boiler Room In The Studánka Kindergarten Building In Brno. The Object Is Existing And Operationally Functional. It Is A Building With Two Above-Ground Floors. Existing Boiler Room Iii. Category Is In 1.Pp. The Subject Of The Work Is The Reconstruction Of The Existing Gas Boiler Room, Which Will Include The Dismantling Of Gas Stationary Boilers (2 Units In Total) And Their Necessary Accessories (Distributor-Collector, Flue Gas Exhausts, Etc.) Including All Fittings, Pumps And Piping In The Boiler Room. As Part Of This Reconstruction, They Will Be Dismantled And Replaced With New Heating Distribution Systems In The Boiler Room Area. The Existing Hot Water Tank Heater Dražice Okc 200 Ntr/Bp Will Be Maintained. A New Cascade Of Hanging Gas Condensing Boilers (3 Units) With A Total Output Of 135 Kw At 80/60°C (3X45kw) Will Be Installed. It Will Be A Gas Boiler Room Iii. Category. The Gas Installation For New Boilers Will Be Adjusted According To The Applicable Regulations. A New Measurement And Regulation (Mar) System Will Be Implemented - This Involves The Supply, Assembly And Commissioning Of The Dt1 Measurement And Regulation Switchboard, Temperature, Pressure, Level, Gas And Co Sensors, Control Substations Including Accessories, Operating Software And Commissioning And Installation Of Distribution Systems. The Installation Of Mar Distributions Will Be Carried Out Only After The Installation Of The Heating And Gas Distributions Has Been Completed, Or In Cooperation With These Professions. The Existing Mar Distributions And All Peripherals Will Be Completely Dismantled.
