The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Processing Of Project Documentation Incl. Collateral Related Activities Related To The Intensification Of The Wastewater Treatment Plant (Hereinafter Referred To As Intensification Of The Wwtp) In The Village Of Hlásná Třebáň, District Of Beroun, Central Bohemian Region. The Sewage Treatment Plant Is Located On The Lands Of Par. No. 175/1, 175/5, 175/4, 165/7, 165/57 In C.Ú. Hlazná Třebán. Construction Is Scheduled To Begin In August 2026. It Is Necessary To Develop The Project Documentation At The Level Of Documentation For The Assignment And Execution Of The Construction (Hereinafter Referred To As Dzs And Dps) Following The Project Documentation For The Construction Permit - Set Of Buildings, Prepared By Ing. By Jan Rozsíval, Authorized Engineer, Čkait 1200170, Irop Olomouc Design Office, With Registered Office At Holická 156/49, 779 00 Olomouc (Hereinafter Referred To As Pdsp), Which Contains More Detailed Information Regarding The Wwtp And Is Annex No. 1 Of The Tender Documentation. The Project Proposes Modifications To The Existing Wwtp And Addition Of New Sets So That The Capacity Increases From The Current Capacity Of 537 Eo To The Resulting Capacity Of 1500 Eo. At The Same Time, An Adequate Reserve Should Be Created For Further Intensification And Replenishment Of The Wwtp As A Result Of The Expected Tightening Of Quality Limits For Purified, I.E. Discharged, Water. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is In Particular: A) Provision And Processing Of The Necessary Project Documents To The Extent Specified In More Detail In The Binding Model Contract For The Work, Which Forms Annex No. 2 Of This Procurement Documentation; B) Processing Of Dzs And Dps Incl. A List Of Construction Works, Supplies And Services With A Statement Of Measurements And Itemized Budget; C) Discussion Of Dzs And Dps With The Client And The Operator. Project Documentation Must Be Processed In Accordance With Valid Standards (Especially En, Čsn And On), Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Construction Act, In The Scope And Content Of Decree No. 131/2024 On Construction Documentation - Annex 8, And Relevant Generally Binding Legal Regulations.
