(1) The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Reconstruction Of The Municipal Office In The Ground Floor Part Of Building No. 50 In Černouček. Demolition Works In The Existing Building Are Part Of The Construction Modifications. These Are Only Minor Interventions In The Load-Bearing Structures - Two Filling Door Openings. In Addition, Several New Partitions Will Be Implemented, All Window Openings Will Be Replaced In The Scope Of The Premises Of The Ou. All Electrical Installations, Central Heating, Water, Sewage And Gas Will Be Newly Installed. The Project Documentation Deals With The Construction Modifications Of The Former Elementary School Building, Which Also Houses The Seat Of The Municipal Office, Which Only Concern Minor Construction Modifications And Maintenance Work. The Load-Bearing Structures Are Minimally Affected, The Basic Layout Of The Building Remains. The New Partitioning Is Only For The Existing Social Facility, Which Is Being Redesigned And Part Of It Will Be Modified For The Needs Of The Office. The Main Source Of Heating Will Also Be Changed From A Solid Fuel Boiler To 1X Gas Boiler. Gas Is Supplied To The Building, But Only For Local Heating Of Two Waw Gas Heaters. The Boiler Will Be Connected Again. In Addition, The House Part Of The Water Connection Behind The Water Meter Shaft Will Be Made (The Existing One Will Be Used, A Water Meter Will Be Installed) And The House Part Of The Sewage Connection Made For The Existing Preparation - A Branch From The Row. From The Point Of View Of The Project And The Division Into Building Objects, This Existing Object Is Referred To As S0 01. S0 02 Is The New Parking Area In Front Of The Building - Parking Space For Immobile And So 03 Is The New Part Of The Fencing In The Garden With A Mesh Fence. The Project Documentation Is Processed In The Scope Of The Reconstruction Of The Municipal Office And Elementary School. The Subject Of That Tender Is Only The Premises Used For The Operation Of The Municipal Office And The Common Part (Engineering Networks And Installations). Construction Work Is Defined By The Statement Of Dimensions.
