Subject Of The Public Procurement - Delivery By Purchase Of 8 Vehicles For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Pazardzhik And Its Secondary Authorities, For 3 Separate Items, Namely:​​​​​​ Specified Item No. 1: Delivery By Purchase Of 2 (Two) Factory-New Cars From Category N1; Specific Item No. 2: Delivery By Purchase Of 5 (Five) Factory New Vehicles Of Category M1 And Specific Item No. 3: Delivery By Purchase Of 1 (One) Number Of Factory-New Vehicles From Category N1 Meeting The Requirements For Clean Vehicles Regulated In Directive (Eu) 2019/1161 Of The European Parliament And Regulation No. H-21 Of 19.12.2023. 2. Scope And Description Of The Public Procurement:​​​​​​​ The Scope Of The Public Procurement Includes The Purchase And Delivery Of A Total Of 8 Factory New, Unused Motor Vehicles, The Accompanying Services Of Warranty Maintenance And Warranty (Service) Service, Within The Warranty Period Proposed By The Participant, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority In The Technical Specification. The Registration Of The Cars Is Carried Out By And At The Expense Of The Contracting Authority In The Traffic Police Sector - At The Regional Directorate Of The Ministry Of Internal Affairs, Pazardzhik. The Participant Designated As The Contractor Should Provide The Contracting Authority With All The Necessary Documents For The Registration Of The Delivered/Delivered Vehicle In The Road Police Sector - At The Regional Directorate Of The Ministry Of Internal Affairs Of Pazardzhik And Ensure The Presence Of Its Representative. According To The Terms Of Art. 47, Para. 5 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority Sets Requirements In Separate Position No. 3, Which Ensure That The Vehicle From The Position Meets The Criteria For Clean Vehicles And The Public Procurement Is In Accordance With Pms No. 356 Of 29.12.2023. The Requirements For Clean Vehicles Are Determined By An Ordinance Of The Minister Of Transport And Communications, Which Specifies The Requirements For Clean Vehicles - Order No. H-21 Of December 19, 2023 On The Requirements For Clean Vehicles. A Detailed Description Of The Subject, Data On The Nature, Volume, Conditions, Technical Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement, Are Provided In The Technical Specifications For Each Of The Individual Items, Integral Parts Of The Participation Documentation. The Conditions Under Which The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented, The Rights And Obligations Of The Parties Are Detailed In The Draft Contract, An Integral Part Of This Order.
