This Public Procurement Includes Activities With Delivery And Service Objects Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Items 2 And 3 Of The Civil Code, As In Accordance With Art. 11, Para. 1 Of The Zop, And Given The Main Activities Characterizing The Main Subject Of The Order, Its Assignment Is According To The Delivery Object Order. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply, Installation And Commissioning Of New Control Panels For The Peshtera Hpp, According To The Terms And Conditions Of The Contracting Authority. The Subject Of The Order Is Divided Into 2 (Two) Separate Items: Separate Item No. 1: Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of New Control Panels For The Facilities In The Peshtera Hydroelectric Power Station; Separate Position No. 2: Design, Delivery And Installation Of New Control Panels For The Working Dampers Of Хг-1, Хг-2, Хг-3, Хг-4 And Хг-5 Of The Peshtera Hpp. The Requirements For Supplies And Services Are Detailed In The Technical Specifications Of The Two Separate Items. According To Art. 46, Para. 4 Of The Zop, Bids Can Be Submitted For One Or Both Of The Specified Positions. According To Art. 46, Para. 5 Of Zop The Contracting Authority Does Not Limit The Number Of Individual Positions That Are Assigned To One Contractor.
