The Main Goal Of The Project Is To Improve The Tourist Infrastructure In The Town Of Pliska And The Municipality Of Kaspichan. The Project Is Part Of The Activities With Which The Municipality Of Kaspichan Participates In The Program: Development Of Growing Regions, Bg16ffpr003-2.006 Support For Integrated Urban Development In 40 Urban Municipalities. This Technical Specification Contains The Conditions And Requirements Of The Employer For The Performance Of The Delivery, As Well As Other Accompanying Activities Included In The Subject Of The Order. Through The Delivered Technology, Software Products And Equipment, Unique 3D Video Mapping And Vr Spectacles Will Be Created In The Newly Built Visitor Center, Aiming To Increase The Interest Of Tourists To The First Bulgarian Capital - Pliska.
