The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Group Risk Insurance Life Against Events Related To The Life, Health Or Bodily Integrity Of 240 (Two Hundred And Forty) Persons Exercising Powers Of Representatives In The Current National Assembly Of The Republic Of Bulgaria. The Insurance Cover Covers The Persons Exercising The Powers Of A Representative Of The People From The Relevant Legislatures, Subject To The Provisions Of Art. 64, Para. 4 Of The Constitution Of The Republic Of Bulgaria, I.E. The Liability Of The Insurer For The Newly Elected National Representatives Starts From The Moment Of Taking The Oath, From Which Moment It Ends For The National Representatives From The Previous National Assembly.
