The Subject Of This Procedure Is Provision Of Consulting Services For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Bobov Dol, Related To The Management Of The Project Construction, Reconstruction And/Or Rehabilitation Of New And Existing Streets, Sidewalks And Their Accessories In The City Of Bobov Dol, Municipality Of Bobov Dol, Financed Within The Framework Of Administrative Contract No. Agriculture And Rural Areas Of The Republic Of Bulgaria For The Period 2023-2027 Under Intervention Ii.D.6 - Investments In Basic Services And Small-Scale Infrastructure In Rural Areas. The Following Main Activities Are Included In The Scope Of This Procedure: Activity No. 1: Preparation Of The Necessary Correspondence Between The Contracting Authority And The Financing Authority - Df Agriculture In Connection With The Implementation Of The Project; Activity No. 2: Coordination Of The Document Flow During The Implementation Of The Planned Activities Within The Project; Activity No. 3: Carrying Out Documentary Checks, Including Checks Of Invoices And Other Documents Submitted By The Contractors Under The Contracts For The Implementation Of The Activities Provided For In The Project; Activity No. 4: Attendance (If Necessary) During On-Site Inspections By The Financing Authority - Df Agriculture In Connection With The Implementation Of The Project; Activity No. 5: Support And Assistance Of The Contracting Authority In Preparation For Reporting The Project To The Financing Authority - Df Agriculture; Activity No. 6: Preparation And Completion Of Requests For Advance And Final Payment For The Project; Activity No. 7: Control And Review Of The Documentation During The Implementation Of Each Stage Of The Planned Construction Works Under The Project. The Full Scope Of Activities Included In The Subject Of The Procurement Is Detailed In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of These Instructions For Participation.
