The Scope Of The Order Includes Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works, Supply Of Necessary Raw Materials And Materials, Mechanization Used In The Execution, Workforce, Services And Activities, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Technical Specification, As Well As Activities To Remove Defects Within The Warranty Periods. When Performing All Construction And Installation Work, All Standards And Regulations In Force In The Republic Of Bulgaria Must Be Observed. The Description Of The Types Of Cmp/Cpp Are Indicated In Tabular Form In The Annex To The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of These Instructions For Participation. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Gradually Assign The Performance Of Individual Types Of Srm With A Letter Of Assignment Addressed To The Participant Selected As The Contractor With Whom The Contract For The Award Of The Public Procurement Was Concluded, As Well As Not To Assign All Types Of Srm/Srp Provided For In The Technical Specification And Its Annex.
