The City Of Ibbenbüren Is Inviting Tenders For The Construction Of A Construction Road As A Construction Site Access For The Inova-Park Commercial Area. The Inova-Park Commercial Property Is Located In Ibbenbüren In The Schafberg District. The Construction Project Can Be Reached Via Osnabrücker Straße L501 And Ölmühlenstraße K40. The Land To Be Developed Essentially Consists Of Areas Formerly Used By The Mining Industry, Which Were Cleared After Mining Was Completed And Prepared For New Use. In The South Of The Area, A Group Of Buildings Adjacent To Osnabrücker Straße Will Be Preserved And Given A New Use. In The East, The Inova Park Borders On The Property Of The Former Power Plant Site, On Which Amprion Is Currently Building A Converter Station. As Part Of The Construction Of The Southern Construction Road, An Approximately 410 M Long Property Access Road Will Be Led From Osnabrücker Straße L 504 To The Later Construction Site. The Construction Road To Be Built Is Divided Into Two Construction Sections. The Western, Approx. 160 M Long Section Is A Temporary Property Access Road. The Approximately 250 M Long Eastern Section Lies In The Route Of The Later Planned Road For The Development Area And Is Therefore Already Being Fundamentally Developed As A Planned Road. The Drainage Of The Street Will Initially Be Solved Superficially.
