The Purpose Of This Request For Proposal (Rfp) Is To Retain A Multidisciplinary Contractor Team To Complete A Building Condition Assessment Of Identified Assets, Including Building Condition, Environmental Considerations, Hazardous Materials And Observed Hazards, Structural Condition, Building Envelope Condition, Pavement And Parking Lot Condition, And Electrical Systems Condition, And To Prepare Practical Recommendations And Planning-Level Cost Forecasts To Support Homeed’S Asset Management, Capital Planning, Budgeting, Risk Management, And Portfolio Decision-Making.
